The booking guest must be at least 25 years old and stay in the condo for the entire reservation. Identity verification and completion of a separate rental agreement will be handled through Hospitable. Occupancy: Maximum of 8 guests. Parties or large gatherings are not permitted. All guests must be on the reservation or approved in writing by the owner. No Smoking: Smoking or vaping is not allowed in the unit, on the balcony, in the lobby, elevators, parking lot, pool area, or other common areas. Parking: Your stay includes 1 parking pass. Additional street parking is free on a first-come, first-served basis. Any vehicle parked in the lot without a valid pass will be towed at the owner’s expense. Noise: Ocean City enforces a strict noise ordinance; please respect quiet hours. Pool: Open Memorial Day through Labor Day, 9 AM–6 PM (weather and HOA permitting). Pets: Not allowed under HOA rules. Balconies: Nothing may be hung on balcony railings. No cooking on balconies. Seagulls: Feeding seagulls is prohibited in Ocean City.
